Using the thoughtfully-curated and delightfully-designed components inside their Ingredient Kits, colleagues made dough from scratch and practiced rolling, cutting, and filling ravioli in a savory brown butter glaze. They toasted to a job well done with our signature cocktail, the Love Petaler, a comforting fuse of rose, damiana, and citrus. The evening concluded with a soothing live music performance by renowned Brazilian guitarist and composer, Ian Faquini.
