Get Paid to Expand Your Culinary Education Training

Our new Culinary Apprenticeship Program is a paid, hands-on training opportunity designed for aspiring culinary educators, recent graduates, teachers, restaurant industry professionals, and passionate home cooks eager to explore a career in food education.

In this unique program, you'll get paid to learn how to lead fun, engaging, and memorable cooking classes for kids and teens at schools across San Francisco, as well as in our studio. Under the guidance of our classically trained chefs, you'll develop hands-on kitchen skills, gain teaching experience, and expand your professional network. Plus, you'll have access to exclusive guest speakers who will share insights from their careers in the food industry.

Join interactive talks with industry experts who’ll answer your questions and share culinary insights. Each cohort will hear from industry professional speakers on topics like Education & Diversity, Recipes & Ingredients, Culture & Connection, and The Business of Culinary Arts.

Ellen brings together a background in fine dining and over five years in early childhood education. They’re passionate about making the kitchen a space where kids can learn, grow, and have fun.
